Ive been trying to get a new window put on my car since Nov 2023 it is now February 2024 . Ive scheduled three appointments with them so far. The first time they canceled day of in the morning because they didnt have the molding. Second time they canceled day of in the morning because they didnt have the windshield so I dont understand how I was even was scheduled for any of these appointments if they dont have the windshield.. its comical at this point. 3rd appointment I said Ill just go in please tell me when everything is in, and please just visually look so I dont have to waste any more time . Came in for a 8oclk appointment they had a saftey mtg for about and hour so I got the news that they had the incorrect windshield at 930 . I dont know if this is just a west Hartford safe lite issue or safe lite in general but I feel bad for people working there because its ran terribly. Definitely some leadership and accountability issues going on.
