AFNCU is a fantastic credit union. I just paid off a car loan and they have been great all the way through. It didn't matter if it was a missed payment, or numerous questions about the payoff, Ashley and Viv have been terrific. Big banks don't/can't do this.

Wow Nick it nothing you cant do for me Im on a joint account with my son that was under age when he got his account which is cool and now his account went in the negative and yall reach out to him about the account which no one reach out to the PRIMARY account holder to let me no he was in the negative but yall went in my account and took my money without notifying me and all you can do is apologize Apologize to your employees that didnt do they job with contacting the Primary account holder about his account I will no longer stay with Americas First Network Credit Union comes to find out Im not the primary account holder when I went to resolve the situation Nick was no help and wouldnt give me information to his supervisor or his boss if anyone have information it would be of great help

worse company to finance. this company is scam. they charge me $109 to finance with them.
NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
50 dollar fee just for processing.
item cost 1050 and your company is charging $3250.47. this is 250+% of interest.

I have been a member of this credit union for 28 years. I have generally gotten good service. However, I want to alert all that they evidently have a very long hold policy (10 business days) on sizable deposits. Nearly two weeks ago, I deposited a sizable bank check, and am still waiting for it to clear. I spoke directly to CEO Nick Moalli, who informed me that he would be able to have it cleared by today, but it is still sitting in my account, not cleared. Bad policy, AFNCU, and dishonest on top of that with your update to me; you have just lost my respect.

I've been with this Credit Union for over 20 years. Exceptional service from each location and every employee I've interacted with. Very accommodating and provides relentless effort to help you with products suitable for you. They have great fraud protection tools in place as well.
