I had an exceptional experience with their customer service while ordering flowers for Valentine's Day. Despite not recalling the representative's name, the service was remarkable. Placing a same-day order on one of the busiest days of the year was a breeze and goes to show their unwavering commitment to top-notch customer experiences. Erin and the team at Vine & Ivy were amazing from the first phone call. Erin did an incredible job with our Dads funeral arrangements. She met a grieving family in a difficult moment with compassion, sensitivity and wonderful humor. She took the time to get to know him and what we really wanted for him and delivered the most outstanding service. Even though he wasnt a huge fan of flowers, we know he would have loved everything created. Thank you!
