      image I have been calling the pharmacy for over one hour and they disconnect the call before answering every single time. Why cant they just do their jobs? Or maybe it is not staffed correctly. Terrible customer service.

      image The lines at the pharmacy are terrible. Somehow every customer takes forever to check out. Never two cashier's/techs. Feel like they are forcing me to use online delivery.

      image My family has used this Rite Aid for almost a year and are so disappointed in the service. From the horrible pharmacy tech with the bleach stripe in the front of her hair, to the unacceptable treatment we've received is so unacceptable. I believe this pharmacy should be shut down and the tech fired! I've had days where I cannot get anyone to answer, today even though real time on google says they are less busy they've picked up the second time I called to hang up on me, to then pick up the fourth time and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. We will not be using this pharmacy moving forward and I am making a formal complaint!
