Had an emergency on highway at 4:00 when my car blew a radiator hose. With smoke pouring out I saw this garage off the highway about 3/4 mile. I was in quite a concerning situation and asked if this repair shop could help me at all. Older man rolled his eyes several times, told me they were closed, even though there were three people there working on cars. He came out to my car, a Chevy, and told me there was nothing he could do as this was a specialty hose. He offered no suggestions for possibly another garage, no offer to even look at it in the morning, no recommendations for a tow company, he just walked away with a big huff as if I was clearly a bother. I live in Litchfield so was completely unfamiliar with this area.,
Finally called AAA , who never showed up as I sat in Palumbos parking lot until after 8:00 pm. Was finally able to call several local tow companies and got one to come out.
Even if he couldnt repair the hose that evening, there is no excuse for not even giving me some information. Instead, he just closed the door and drive off.
Thanks for nothing and would absolutely never refer this garage.

They just made up for a bad review I left a few days ago. Turns out they did the right thing. Major props for these guys. Great work! Service: Auto engine diagnostic
