THE WORST!!!!! spent an entire summer without AC, cuz they kept saying we'll come back and check this part out; there was always a next time and eventually it turned into three months. The owner is legit the rudest person I've ever  met. Who takes three goddamn months to fix an ac?! They'd show up unannounced as if we were home all the time and didn't have jobs.... seriously?  Smh. Oh and they broke two lightbulbs and never bothered telling me about it either. Do not ever use this company for real. I'd post pics of the disgusting mess they'd leave after them coming to my house but i don't want to completely demolish their business

I would never trust this company for anything.  He charged me $140 for service call & never had any freon on his truck.  He charged me another $140. 00 serv. call to come back & put the freeon in.  Total he charged me $350.00 & he messed up. The real problem was the A/C unit needed a compressor.   I had to call another company who charged me $200. to drain the freon out I just paid to put in.  Jefferson never checked out the unit or he would have seen the real problem.  I called Jefferson 12 times & wrote him a letter & he never had the courtesy to answer my calls.  Obviously he showed me it is guilty of dishonesty.  Just what we as homeowners need!!
