Agony, CAREless, late or missed service calls, impossible to get a hold of, lazy/careless technicians, broken new equipment, safety issues, etc as the list of issues goes on. I gave Dave Soderstrom (owner) opportunity after opportunity but felt compelled at this point to raise awareness to others who might consider employing Climate Care so they have full transparency into the experience they should expect to receive. Sometimes you "get what you pay for" and feel that phrase definitely holds true here. Services: AC installation, HVAC maintenance, Installation

Three weeks ago, my wife Maurie O’Neill gave Climate Care a One Star review for not completing our job and taking our money. Here’s owner David Soderstrom’s dishonest response: “Thank you so much for the 5-star review Maurie O’Neill! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your hvac experience with our team…”
Does Soderstrom really think people will be fooled by this ridiculous attempt to deflect responsibility for his company’s poor performance? If you look at other reviews, this company seems to have a habit of taking people’s money and not completing the job, as they did with us. Stay away from Climate Care! ClimateCare did not finish the job per our contract. Despite our emails & calls, owner David Soderstrom stopped responding.
The company installed an inferior model heat pump, different from the model on our contract, and did not install the dehumidifier, per our contract. The new thermostat system was also left unfinished. ClimateCare should be avoided by consumers. Services: AC installation, Heating system installation

I followed online advertising to order heating maintenance for 2 systems.
I had one system generating noise when working. repairman came, said 1 system does not need maintenance. Cleaned and done something with noisy system. Told to contact office for return money on one system. The noisy system became noisy again next day,
Contacted office for return of the money and ask to send repairman again. They told me repairman took money and died, so they could not do repair or return money.
Marked it as low quality and I do not know how to qualify scam with not returning money. Service: Heating maintenance
