NHR's been a great landlord to me. The onboarding process was simple. They offer text messaging abilities, and that is nice. The people are very nice. I enjoyed talking to Luke and Joey! The first few months at our new place have been great. No issues we can see. If we have any maintenance problems, they come and take care of us pretty quickly. Our issues were very minor, though. I would rent from them again. I really like their resident benefit package. Comes with air filters, rent payment credit reporting, a rewards program and other perks that most places do not have. Make sure you take advantage of it!
