      image Was kicked out of my parking space (directly under a sign that says patron parking only) by an employee while I was trying to pick up checks. Employee driving the white Nissan Altima with Georgia plates said she needed to park there because she was late and insisted on kicking me out rather than using available employee parking around the corner. Not up to Chase standards.

      image Got there at 2:10 to create a bank account, was asked to be seated and saw people walking around doing nothing. Decided to leave at 3 after almost an hour of no one even coming to give us an update on how long it would be. Terrible experience. Seemed like everyone didnt care to help.
