Great service, care and access. I am disappointed that my MD is retiring and that the service is not being continued in my area. I have contacted 12 MDs none of whom are accepting new patients. I feel banter having supported this program.

Rosemary Bontempi has been an amazing primary care physician. I am sad that she is retiring. I am concerned because no one from MDVIP has contacted me about what will happen when she retires. This is certainly something that I expect from a concierge medicine provider. I know that the area in which I live does not have a sufficient number of primary care docs. What am I paying extra for, if not to be assured that an equally competent physician will be taking over her patient load. Dr Bontempi always takes time to listen to and address my concerns. In addition, I appreciate being able to reach her by phone. I actually look forward to my consultations with her and try not to abus her generosity with her time.
