This company is trying to cheat on people, especially on the week-end, advertising on their website delivery next day (Not next business day). They don't even have a phone number to contact. This explains the frustration customers face dealing with this company. I will never order from them.

Cheapest Home Heating Oil is the only place I shop for Heating oil. They are fast and reliable. I saved over $2200 this past winter compared to what I would have been paying with my old oil company. There were times that Cheapest Home Heating Oil was over $1 cheaper per gallon than my old company. My family and friends switched to and have been thanking me for helping them save a lot of $ while still getting their oil delivered fast. Cheapest Home Heating Oil has a customer for life with all of us.

Phone # construction company no e_mail address for this account...Oil company Parkway Oil claims they never received order,,, Would not recommend.

This company has the worst customer service. You cant speak to anyone if you have a problem, and the person they have responding to the emails it horrible. I ordered oil and after a day of my oil not being delivered I called the oil company which was going to deliver the oil and got voicemail but i was unable to leave a message because the their voicemail was full. I immediately tried to reach out to Cash heating oil but you can only reached them by email. I sent my email and got a replay from Cash heating oil stating that the oil delivery company tried to get me several times and that one of the 2 telephone numbers I provided was incorrect. So I gave them my corrected telephone number ( even thought the 2nd number was correct) so the oil company could call me. I did not hear anything from the oil company again.
so I again reached out to cash heating oil, and got a response from them telling me that the oil delivery company again tried to reach me and was not able to get me and that they I should look for another oil service . They would no longer take orders from me. I could not believe this because I have used their service for a few years. I then decided to call the oil company directly and was told that they told Cash heating oil to have me contact them directly ( which cash heating oil never did). Obviously they they don't value their customers. I got my oil cheaper that then price I was going to pay with Cash heating oil. I have told everyone I know who uses cash heating oil to skip the middle man and go directly to the oil company .
