Cant even get back into my parking space from this morning theyve done such a terrible job maintaining the parking lot in the snow. I pay over $2000 after water, heat, electricity, and internet. This is such an inflated, laughable price for this type of treatment. Im counting down the days till Im no longer forced to live here and can move into my actual home.
Im now as far as I can be from my door in this terrible weather. There are plenty of open parking spaces near the door, they just wont shovel or plow them out so they arent usable. I assume the walkways wont be cleared either.
Yet they want to invade my home tomorrow under the false pretense of prevention maintenance inspection to make sure Ive been a good boy.
Why not find something better to do? Like grab a shovel for example!
Edit- finally got to the door, they didnt even attempt to shovel the walkway.
This place is dangerous, especially for handicapped neighbors. It really shows the lack of personal care from the office staff to not show up to work today either. No phones being answered like usual either.
I feel genuinely sorry for the residents of this place who are not as fortunate as I am to be able to make do with such little care.

The worst apartment Ive ever lived in. I kept calling and making maintenance requests about my heating which doesnt ADEQUATELY push into my bedroom it literally is 10 degrees colder than my living room. This in turn made me sick several times and even to this day Im fighting an upper respiratory infection. Everything and I mean everything needs to be fixed in my apartment its gotten to the point I dont even stay at home anymore. I wouldnt recommend this place to a homeless person on the street. Lets not forget the mice infestation I now have. Supposedly pest control was to come the 29th of Feb I never seen them come because I was definitely home sick as a dog. My damn dog is always cold himself and Ive had to keep sweaters on him when I go work or drop him off to my boyfriends house. I have raised these concerns and dont care to even hear anything from these ppl again. Im so glad Im going on military leave this month and getting tf out of this place

Been here for about 3 years and the new leasing office/management team is cold, rude, and completely unwelcoming. When I first started living here, contacting the office was like speaking to a friend, but the new team brought in with Jones Street in the past few months are not hospitable at all. They act as if they're doing you a favor by helping/listening to you. We pay rent here. It's our home and it's their job to make sure we have a positive experience, yet they can't even meet you with a smile or caring attitude. I feel stupid asking questions and am often afraid to raise issues because of the coldness I will receive. Only writing this review in hopes they'll take the feedback seriously and improve. Maintenance team is great, but very much miss the young women who used to be on the team.

Whoever is in charge of the property management at this location should check out the reviews on this place, numerous horrible reviews...
Until now, I might have recommended Middletown Ridge to friends or family, but now, after four years of living there and the move-out process, I would strongly warn a renter that it is different from what you want for the money you will pay.
On the Middletown Ridge Website, three words are listed, "Classic, Warm & Refreshing". The irony of their buzzwords is laughable. The only thing classic about the place is the fact that the amenities are seldom updated with some paint and caulk. Next, we have "warm"; this apartment complex is anything but warm; you can request your heat to be serviced, and they will come, check it out, and tell you it works until it goes down again a week later, you complain again, and the cycle repeats itself. Along with the shoddy HVAC systems throughout, you have the original windows that hold little to no heat during the winter. If you live on the 1st floor, prepare to pay $700+/mo in electricity alone. You can complain all you want but you will not get a solution.
Finally, you have to "refresh" and bring your glade refreshers with you; you'll be plugging them in the hallways to try and get rid of the musty odor you must entertain daily while entering and exiting your apartment.
If that first section wasn't enough, prepare to park up at the clubhouse in the winter, no matter how much you complain about other tenants' broken/ unregistered vehicles in the lot taking up space by your apartment. You will be ignored and forced to shuffle down an icy hill.
When you move in, take pictures of everything. You will surely see a bill for damage you didn't cause. My roommate and I didn't even dispute the charges; we left and dropped off a check for the statement balance as we were excited to go this hole and move on. If you provide them a check for any reason, make sure they sign off on it and cash it immediately. The property manager instructed me to drop off my check by 12/30 to avoid collections. I dropped off the check well before that date, and it was still sent to collections without any notice. When I confronted the Property Manager and the Middletown Ridge team, they told me there was a "policy change". This is purely inconsiderate of them; this is the way they do business in this organization. I now have to jump through hoops canceling checks and talking with collections agents to ensure the Middletown Ridge team didn't mess my credit up on their lack of communication.
With that being said, if you are considering this place, consider other options first. I want to point out there is no malicious intent to this review, I simply want to share my experience and experience of others at this establishment.
