Have lived in multiple states, and this has been the apartment complex with the worst management and worst neighbors. We have a neighbor who is loud in literally everything they do, used to play music loud all time, were forced to eventually call the police because neither they nor management cared. They're kids are loud all day and night every day, they rarely quiet them down and management doesn't care. Pretty sure they have 3 kids (2 boys and 1 girl) in a single bedroom which might be against the lease. Whenever they come home, the door slams 9 times at least, stomp that sounds like a stampede all the time, and constantly sounds like they just bang on the walls or have the kids throw stuff at them out of anger of us complaining. They're relatively small people too, so the stomping/heavy steps makes no sense. They have no neighborly decency, and management just doesn't care.
