      image I do not know what happens with these people, they never leave the packages at home and they do not leave a notice, and when I receive the notification that it was left in the mail box the package is not there, I can not find my package right now, maybe the drivers steal packages or what happens, it's not the first time that happens

      image GEORGETTE the postmaster is unprofessional and acts like she doesn't know any information about the post office guidelines. I have a private mailbox and every time I check my mail theres someone else's mail in my box. Then, I asked for the policy and guidelines manual for having a po box and they said they do not have that information. This is unacceptable because there should be something stating the services, I am paying for to have a po box. I use this for my business and theres still mail missing, that I never received with important information. The post office is handling everyone mail, so this is a huge concern because MUTIPLE people are missing mail documents. Truly, the postmaster and everyone working here needs retraining because this is an ongoing issue. I do not recommend anyone use them because there are unprofessional, unorganized and clueless when it comes to providing any services.
