Ive stayed at quite a few hotels and this one is truly truly the worst.
I booked my room 2 days before I was suppose to show up and gave the gentle man my card number to run. He contacted me at 9:30 at night the day of my reservation and said I have another person coming offering cash for your room, if your not here in 15 minutes with cash you cant have this room.
Are we not in America, do we not have the right to pay with what ever form of legal payment we choose? The man didnt say the card system is down or anything just that HE prefers cash. This place is sketchy af at the very least. Ive been going here for 9 years with my wife and will NEVER go back.
For jacuzzi rooms go to the best western down the street.
Absolutely ridiculous!

Great people there always so friendly! Rooms are always so clean and smell great!!
Nearby activities: In the fall the Berlin fair is here and the hotel is very close to the shuttle bus stop which is a huge help to get there. Lots of places to shop on the street also.

Spent a few nights here and all was mostly fine. This is a no frills place, but fine for a short stay.
Front desk staff always took a sec but did respond to the bell they have there, eventually.
The room had a bit of a smell, but most hotel rooms in this price range do.
Good water pressure, but it didn't get hot enough for my preference.
Room was clean, well appointed with coffee, fridge, microwave. TV was a bit small, but did the job.
They do NOT do breakfast here. Either post Covid, or just to save cost.
I didn't see any other amenities they may have, so can't comment.
Overall, at this price point, I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel that advertised complimentary breakfast, but to my disappointment, they didn't actually offer breakfast. When I inquired about it at the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful and rude response. Additionally, the box spring of my bed was broken and nothing was done to fix it. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was also a distinct smell in the room that was unpleasant. I booked this hotel without doing a thorough search and regretted it. I booked two rooms for myself and family members for Thanksgiving and it was not a pleasant experience. I highly recommend looking at reviews before booking here. The guest services were bare minimum and the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Best of luck if you decide to stay here.

Price was affordable, location was reasonable. The front desk receptionist was rude, extremely passive aggressive, no hospitality and could use training in customer service department. The housekeeper Rayna leaves a hand written letter informing guest Tips are Appreciated as well as her cash app tag. (The only service she provided is knocking on your door yelling check out and arguing with guest). I understand policy and procedures as its to be expected in anywhere. Delivery, choice of words and tone sets the bar or depletes it.
The room was clean; the wall paper in the bathroom was coming down. Bed was clean and decent place to get some rest.
Would not recommend unless theres nothing left in the surrounding area.
