Nothing worked properly and the a\c vent was terrible as well. I had a 1 yr old and 3 yr old whom alleries started to act up so we just checked out. The staff was nice. They were eagered to compensate me which was ideal but was not what I was looking for. I wanted quality. If your looking for a clean hotel look elsewhere. This is not it. Hotel is outdated. Housekeeping needs to be trained as simply wiping a toilet is not cleaning. Especially since covid its extremely important to keep everythng clean. I've worked in hospitality for 5 years. This stay needed to be comp. Dont stay here! I wish there was a way I can upload pictures.

It is a great hotel, but it sure is an old facility. Just old schooled. Not bad.
