After being a loyal customer since 2006 and having an average monthly bill near $300.00, Verizon Wireless has refused to refund an international calling plan that I never asked for and was charged to my bill since August 18th, 2010. I've called this company repeatedly for the last two month and have requested to speak to a supervisor. I've been put on hold for over an hour more than three times and a supervisor has never spoken to me.
My account has been charged over $150 over a three year period for a plan I never asked for and I never used. It seems a very small refund to keep me as a happy customer, but they refuse to credit this small amount and they keep wasting my time each time I call. They keep apoligizing but will not issue the credit! This is the worst customer service ever and I will let everyone in my circle know!
