      image Great job with the hem but you goodness they do not listen to the customer. I spoke to the guy at the desk regarding my requests, he said no problem but nothing was conveyed to the taylor. I asked that the taylor call me before doing the work, I also asked that no material be removed (kids are still growing). He butchered my items with out checking with me. How about a call letting me know you couldn’t do what I asked.... I could have gone somewhere else. Maybe they should have tickets for these orders so the job requests can be captured. Will not be coming back.
