I had 5 standard men's long sleeve dress shirts Laundered and it cost me $26 and change I asked what the charge was per shirt and it turned out that two of my shirts they said how do you special fabric That required additional charge two of the shirts cost me eight dollars each and I can tell you that they were standard dress shirts.... Never going back

Updated: my mother and I returned to Unique Cleaners after a miscommunication over pricing. We were very pleased upon returning with the alterations done and will be coming back in the future.

my father has been going there for over 30 years. New ownership and has gone nothing but downhill since. RUDEST, worst customer service working the counter this evening (Today, October 17th). It's like trying to get you to go elsewhere. (And I never review anything but this was mind blowing)

Beware! If you want something altered here! About a year and a half ago, I brought some trousers in to have altered by 1.5 inches. When I got home and tried them on, I was pretty sure they had not done the job, but I couldn't prove it. A week ago I tried again with trousers needing 3 inch shortening.  This time I put a red dot on the hem of each leg. When I picked them and had paid for them, I looked at the hem and there were the red dots. When I said to them that they were going to make me pay for a job not done, and told them that they shouldn't cheat people that way, they said it was just a mistake. One time maybe a mistake--twice isn't!! Beware!! Make sure you can prove a job done or not, or find someplace else.
