Wow anyway to leave a zero rating!? I've been to these houses and the online pictures are a JOKE!!! I DONT LIVE HERE BUT YEA! Paying the rent they are asking for is a hell no.

I been living in Branford for more the 18 years always paying my rent now they just evicted me saying that I didnt pay the rent for a whole year thats insane because if you dont paid rent just for a month they automatically send you the notice to quit but this new Manegement they dont know how to do the work I dont know if they keep the rent money for themselves but they are doing something with that money because putting me in court for no paying my rent thats messed up I have proof and when I call the laywer they didnt answer the phone even in the office Branford manor is a thiefs they keep your money and send you letter that you own them a lot of money like what the hell this place is not good thank god Im leaving to another better place then here and stop taking peoples money thiefs dont live here is not worth it

I used to live in branford Manor apartments from 1988 to 2005. Back then Branford Manor apartments was totally different with the management back then ( Evelyn Fox). When I lived in Branford Manor apartments I actually enjoyed living there. Mainly I cause lived across the street from my mom and my stepdad.

The outside of Branford Manor looks WAY BETTER THEN BEFORE!!! It has definitely changed from when I was a teenager! Quiet spacious and beautiful 1-2-3 bedroom apartments with laundry on the property that requires a card to use. Beautiful landscape all over the Manor. I put in an application for 1-2 bedroom but haven't heard anything back yet. Also it's subsidized housing.
