Roofing, sidings, Windows replacement, 2 doors and 2 storm doors replacement, gutters replaced. Kept asking for more money. Overcharged and many things were missing in the house. Do not allow them access to the house unattended. I would not hire this company again Services: Remodeling, Roof building, Roof installation

I just finished a bathroom remodel with Frank's Home Improvement and couldn't be happier. I worked with Joe and his team of specialists, and they all are excellent at what they do. From the beginning, Joe was informative, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He was at the job site every day and constantly checked in with his workers to make sure they understood the work that needed to be done. He kept the job moving, and his workers arrived early every day and worked a full day. I am beyond pleased with the end result. My bathroom looks amazing! I'm paying forward a recommendation from a neighbor - Frank's Contracting is by far the best contracting firm I've worked with since I moved to Irvington. I've worked with Franks on numerous projects around the home, from installing a new driveway to replacing floors, and they've been stellar throughout. They are extremely reliable and dependable, my #1 priority. Excellent communication, no surprises, and their work crew are real craftsmen, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work. It feels great to finally have a go-to contractor for any home projects large or small.

Frank, and/or Frank's employee, please learn how to drive and have consideration for others. When you're stopped at a stop sign and you're trying to light a cigarette in the car but there's a line of cars behind you that are beeping the horn, please don't continue to sit at the stop sign, block the road, and make everyone else wait. Myself and other cars would have gone around you, but you blocked the road, then, when a car at the other stop sign went to drive, you cut him off and pushed on your brakes. If you are driving a vehicle with the website/company name printed on the back and side of it in big bold blue letters, you are representing the company and people will know how to reach you. Common courtesy goes a long way.
