Prices/service are great inside the store however our experience with delivery of large appliances like stoves/refrigerators has been absolutely abysmal. One time the guy didn't show up because he claimed the truck was too large for bridge clearance yet we live in the suburbs. Another time they pulled in the driveway and it was raining and the claimed there was too much water in the driveway. One time they showed up without the necessary tools for installing a refrigerator. Do yourself a favor and find a local guy for large appliances....

I went looking for bathroom tiles and the customer service offered by Will, Sales floor supervisor was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure I had the right tell, and helped me even to put the heavy load in my car. Amazing service and very friendly and helpful.
