Awful, save your money and go elsewhere.
They overcharge you for absolutely everything, and give your children painful appliances for conditions they don't even have. The office often gives incorrect pricing information and miscommunication is rampant.
My children were constantly given new employees who were honestly clueless, with little supervision from the actual doctor. The amount of times my children had to sit for at least an hour for the intern to figure out what they were doing was obscene.
I also had to come back in multiple times to have the orthodonture work corrected when the new employees made mistakes. I would give the practice zero stars if possible.

First off, I want to say First Impressions has lost my business and me as a client. I got my braces done at this office and now my permanent retainer (was loosened) not broken, so I called the office to make an appointment for a repair. When I called and asked how much it would be I was told "Don't worry just come in and well talk about it when you arrive to the office. I drive 35 minutes to my appointment to be told "Its $150 for us to just diagnose you and take a look at your teeth, that does not include the work you need." I said "I just need it glued back on so how much is the work?" They told me "WE ARE NOT SURE UNTIL AFTER WE LOOK AT YOUR TEETH SO YOU NEED TO PAY $150 THEN WHATEVER THE TOTAL IS AFTER YOUR OFFICE FEE PLUS WORK (they were not sure of the total) But we do know its $150 to be seen, $88 PER TOOTH and whatever else we find. So First Impressions wanted me to pay $150 for a view of my teeth, and then pay whatever surprise total after. So I drove 35 minutes to be told what I could of been told over the phone, they wasted my gas and time. SECONDLY, I called another orthodontics office (an office who did not put my braces on and I was a new client) say "You need a retainer repair that is easy, $75, let us know when you want to come in. So because of First Impressions unprofessionalism, refusing to give me a price SO I CAN FINANICALLY PLAN ACCORDINGLY, and wasting my time and could not give me clear answers, I will never return to this shady and money hungry office. I will be going to a new office to pay $75 for glue to be placed back on my retainer.

Dr. Kass and his staff are professional, service oriented, engaged and seem to truly care. I had a great experience getting Invisalign for myself and have since had my boys get their braces at First Impressions.
