Made an appointment 2 months ago like she suggested. We were away on vacation, came back, no reminders at all. I went on the website to double check. It said they were closed Mondays. I had it on my calendar for Monday. I called to double check, I got an answering machine so I assumed I wrote down the wrong day. I went in Tuesday, she said it was for Monday, she sat there waiting for me. She never called. She said it wasn't her job to keep track of my appointments and called me a name I won't repeat. Worst experience ever! Not sure how she stays in business.

Excellent dog groomer! Never worried leaving my 2 dogs. I love that they are not crated while waiting for us to pick them up.

I had been taking my dogs here for years. I love the lady that usually groomed my two dogs. Last year when I took them, I decided to check in my dogs right when I got home because it is better to check just in case and surprisingly, one of my dogs have a cut under his arm. This has never happened to my dogs ever and this was the first time they done this. I thought, maybe my dog moves around a a lot when getting groomed. So, I made a appointment in the beginning on August since their booking is 3 weeks full. They called me a day prior to my dogs appointment, telling me to reschedule. Telling me they have to go on a 2 hour trip, and can’t take on my appointment. And so, they rescheduled me, to today at 3pm. I don’t know if the groomer forgot or something but it is unprofessional of them. I even repeated on the phone call to confirm the date and time. And she agreed to what I said. But I showed up to the place, the door is locked and no one is inside. I’m sorry, but I am not taking my dogs back here again. My dogs need to be groomed, and I only made a appointment to this place. And after a month of waiting, it is not worth it. You have lost your valued customer today.
