Tim replaced a boiler, water heater, and furnace, and did superb work. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and obviously has an old world work ethic. He was very patient as I interrupted his work periodically, and was always willing to stop and explain how things worked or what he was doing. He was also very responsive and timely in responding to calls, something that I have found lacking with many other contractors. I would endorse Tim without reservation and would encourage anyone that needs these services to call himand almost forgot, he also noticed a major crack in the main sewer drain and recommended a plumber who could do the repairs!

Couldnt ask for more professional and knowledgeable that would service my heating system. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain everything to me that SCG didnt even bother telling me so I know every dollar I paid is worth it.

My husband and I recently moved to Norwalk CT and needed to find a heating and cooling contractor. Tim has been fantastic! He has serviced our system and also fixed a problem we had with one of our compressors. He is very responsive and explains what needs to be done and why. We signed a service contract with Cobra and plan on using them for all our heating and cooling needs. I am confident we are receiving reliable and trustworthy service.
