Would give 0 stars if I could. I called the UCHealth main line in February to make an appointment with a doctor in Woodland Park, they ended up making it in Colorado Springs where I can't physically get to. They didn't tell me about it until 1 day before my appointment. Tried to get it fixed, now they won't see me until August at the earliest. They are absolutely no help (I need a prescription refilled and they tell me I'm just out of luck), and they blame me for it even though I was clear from the beginning I needed a Woodland Park appointment and my insurance even confirmed that the doctor I was meeting with was a doctor in Woodland Park. Convenient that they just say my insurance company and I are the wrong ones and that they couldn't have possibly done anything wrong. Horribly unprofessional, uncaring people working here.

The staff is excellent, the quality of care is exceptional and they are very accommodating even as a pandemic is going on. The billing staff works with tricare to get necessary treatments paid for. Dr Walinski is the best in her field.
