The Kung Fu classes provided by Sifu Miranda are top notch. I've experienced a myriad of physical benefits like losing weight and gaining strength, endurance, balance and precision. But perhaps even more important, the impact of taking Kung Fu with Sifu is influencing the rest of my life for the better. I'm feeling more confident, more focused, more resilient. It is an experience that challenges you to grow physically but also mentally.
The Kung Fu taught here is something that becomes part of who you are and enriches the rest of your life. It's not easy, but growing never is.
