This is by far the worst service. Went from Tmobile to xfinity mobile and now Im locked in unless I pay $1000. Promised better service and in no way have I received better service. My sons phone always goes to sos mode, I had an incident that I wasnt feeling well and texted my son and he didnt get the text. I called customer service and no one knows what theyre doing. Was working with someone at the store and she ghosted us. So unprofessional. If I can give a negative 100 I would. DO NOT SWITCH SERVICE PROVIDER. Sometimes its not worth saving a few bucks.

Today I went twice trying to get help with the network because the service over the phone is lousy, I was half an hour waiting and they never attended me and I had to go to work, I came back and they made me wait almost an hour without attending me and I only saw 2 employees and an employee talking and not caring if they attended me.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I tried calling the store and they are UNREACHABLE. You cannot get a live person. If you try and get help on the app it will direct you to download the app, and then maybe to ask the chat that you are in. If you are trying to talk to an agent, they are no help and speak incoherently. The only aid that I got was that I was probably given the wrong equipment (a modem) by Xfinity and that they wanted me to pay to exchange it for a different unit almost a year later. Horrible service. Horrible location. Horrible and unreliable tech.

Cole did a wonderful job helping my wife and I get started with xfinity mobile service today. He was professional knowledgeable and patient making sure all our questions were answered. On top of that this store is kept clean and loaded with all the products we were looking for if only all businesses were run like xfinity.
