Julian Bhatt is a thief!
Went in here on Saturday to pick up eyeglasses after two weeks of waiting. When I picked them up the front desk person tried to fit my glasses on my face, all while severally bending the arms of glasses out of place.
Left with them falling off my face. Went in a few hours later to have them adjusted and she told me some glasses just wont fit right.
Left again and waited till today (Monday) after they were closed on Sunday to try and get them refunded or exchanged because at this point they werent going to fit right. I requested a refund as, per Pearle Visions return policy (100% satisfactory guaranteed or money back)
They told me we dont represent that policy at this location. That is illegal and they have committed insurance fraud, by billing me and my insurance company and in return giving me a subpar item.
After the front desk person telling me she doesnt know how to give me a refund she then handed me the phone to talk to the manager named Julian Bhatt. I was talking to him calmly and stated my frustration and I then asked for the number to corporate because they werent standing by Pearle Visions guaranteed satisfaction.
Julian Bhatt the store manager then verbally harassed me and told me to stop acting like a baby and that he was going to call the cops on me if I didnt leave. He then hung up the phone like the complete inadequate human being he is without letting me say anything else.
Very unprofessional and would say he shouldnt be in the customer service industry if that is the way he treats paying customers.
Pearle Vision stole not only from my pocket, but also from my insurance and committed insurance fraud. I will be contacting Pearle Visions corporate office, my insurance company and my credit card company to report these fraudulent charges.

I have been going to the location in Westminster for years and have always had the best experience. They have always been nice and very helpful. The doctors are very informative and explain what I need to be doing for my eyes and the lady that works at the front is always very helpful and friendly. I always recommend this office to everyone.

Short tempered and condescending doctor as well as staff. Ive had glasses since I was a teenager and Ive never had such an uncomfortable experience. Also put numbing drops in my eyes without my consent, which was not needed and Ive never encountered elsewhere. Make the drive elsewhere.
