Provided me with an appointment for some one to come to my residence. No one ever showed up and I can't get a response now. This company is a serious waste of time.

Initially seemed great but then noticed 1 of the 2 trees was not doing so well so asked them to come back out. They set up an appointment, no showed and didn't contact me. I contacted them and was told they had something come up and couldn't get out. They rescheduled for the next day, didn't hear from them so I again reached out and was told everything looked fine.. I was skeptical that they looked at the tree so I reviewed the cameras and nobody came out like they told me. My tree is dying and they will not even come back and look at it. I sent pictures if the tree and was told it was just fine, but there is no way because the leaves are black and crunchy. I will not use them again. Horrible customer service for sure

Awesome work pruning two large maples and a blue spruce. Eddie communicated very well and made sure I liked the look of the tree at each step in the process. I highly recommend Alpine Arborists for pruning!

I would give Alpine a minus 10 rating. They didn't finish a job we paid for in advance. They refuse to come back and complete the job. They used poison to get rid of bushes, instead of drilling them out and didn't tell us that it could kill our dogs. Give it a second thought before you contact them.
