Let me start by saying that I am happy with the finished product. That being said, it was not what I requested. I was very explicit with the staff at ABC Laser Engraving regarding what I wanted, and they indicated they could accommodate my request. What I ultimately received was not what was requested. Fortunately, I am happy with the result and will not need the work redone. I am giving ABC Laser Engraving a 3 star rating as it appears they do quality work, but they do not communicate well. Essentially, it appears they do what they think is best, rather than what the customer has requested.

I tried both engravers in the area. This one is much cheaper, faster, and provides a more personalized service for individuals looking for engravings. Recommend 100%
