Badd experience ever. Im a client here. Every time i came always have the problem with the front because i lot of mistakes . Last time i have scheduled for me and my boyfriend but the receptionist didnt his appointment in . And said was not possible that time . I was a little late about 5 minutes she said i was late she couldnt take me home in. But i late because i was looking for the parking for 20 minutes better should have more space for parking. And today i feel upset again the receptionist the my boyfriend scheduled to 9.40 am but she gave me the appointment card at 8.50 am when i came the check in she said his an appointment was 9.40 am that was not possible for first time appointment like she said last time should be before 9 am for the first time. And then i showed her the appointment card then she said she still have time for him. What ?????? After my boyfriend finishes exams . Im not sure if she is dentist or who talk to him about his reviews. And told him better he should do appointments by himself. Its doesnt matter who did the problem wasnt me . Its the new receptionist . If you want get more clients you should have the new receptionist . I feel very upset because they blamed at my like was my fault even if have the appointment card to prove my appointment . And today again and again and again my next appointment i ask for my appointment and she gave me for 2 card but different time . If she works too hard she should take the rest dont make any mistake to anyone to have time for her mistake . Still have another 2 appointment. I feel so uncomfortable to go again to that location. Like unprofessional work !!!!!!!!

My dentist really screwed me over with a recommendation for a procedure that I shouldn't have had, which ended up causing one of my other teeth to begin moving. Griffin+Weimer took me in and got me into a retainer to help prevent any further movement. I will say, there were a few hiccups with some newer techs that caused it to take a bit longer than expected, but the Orthodontist herself made it right, made sure I had a temporary retainer while waiting, and then didn't even charge me for it. In a small town like Steamboat, it's fairly common to have hiccups like this in healthcare scenarios, but this was the first experience I had where they left me no reason to be frustrated or disappointed.
