On a day that is a Very sad day we were not happy with the funeral home. When we walked in the waiting area was filthy. Then when we went in to see our loved one they had him presented under a white blanket that had holes in it and it was wrinkled. Our loved one did not even looked like himself it looked like he had a mask on. Very disappointed from the beginning of the process to the end.

Our family was highly disappointed, the customer service, the obituary took 2 extra days then they promised, the building was dark and dirty. When we did the viewing our loved one did not even look like him and was not even displayed with respect. If any of my family passes away in rifle it worth bring them down to grand junction so they can be treat respectfully.
