Great hotel in Pueblo. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

We fly out of Pueblo airport so this location is good. We have spent at least twenty nights at the neighboring La Quinta hotel. No comparison in value. La Quinta has virtually no breakfast (hard boiled eggs out of a self serve refrigerator) and even worse, never hot water for my shower. Best Western had spotless rooms, hot water and made to order omelettes. This place is spectacular.
Food & drinks: Made to order omlettes for breakfast, sausage and five different juices.

Good place to stop, able to walk to cracker barrel for supper, had good homemade omelet and waffle for breakfast.

I don't know if John is the night manager, but he should be. It's been a while since I received this level of service. He is a great guy and took excellent care of me from booking to check in. I called because I had a boom truck, he pointed out the dirt lot for larger vehicles. He makes you feel very welcome, like family! Great job John. Great nights sleep, clean room. Excellent omelet bar, again top notch service here. I will be back! Thank you!

I want to let everyone know how the manger/owner treats employees. I had a interview and was honest about recovering from a heart attack and heart failure, also explain that it's been awhile since I work. That I would be slow at first performing my job. The manger was understanding and gave me a complement saying I look good for having a heart attack. I was hired, my first day caught the city bus. I got off the bus and rush from the bus stop to the hotel. I had use the rest room. I was out of breath and the Manger told me he couldn't use me anymore because I was out breath. I explained to the manger/owner that I explained my condition and was still hired. Owner replied that he was not told about it. Owner told me that he is the owner and there nobody ahead of him. Which is lie I talk to customer service. He also added that in the state Colorado a employer can terminate for no reason, again is not true a employee can't do as so for Discrimination. I wasn't even given a chance. Manger/owner continued to say I would never work there ever again and to get over it. Said he doesn't like anyone to know he owner. And nobody head of him and he will get me for harassment if call again or sue me if I write a a bad review on him. Don't want work there just want to let everyone know how this man is. Just because you own the hotel does not give you the right to treat people that way. For the most part is not a option but ,facts, true event's, research the law, and talk personally to coordinate. Look through the reviews most part manger/owner makes excuses and uses title as a form of way to belittle others. Yes that may be option but again looking through reviews seems more like a fact.
