I called on August 29th to set an appointment for a new patient exam. They said they were a month out on scheduling and set an appointment for what I was told was Wednesday October 11th at 2:00. I was also told I would get a reminder/courtesy call before the appointment. I receive a call on Wednesday October 4th at 1:58 asking where I was and if I was showing up for the appointment, then get told I can't set an appointment with them ever because I missed my initial. I am so impressed with this place I really am grateful for my experience here with Ericka she has been one of the most helpful mental health professionals Ive ever worked with!
I absolutely love the ease and flexibility Ive felt less anxious every week.
