Jeff and his team are top notch professionals. I struggled with renting vs selling and he helped me navigate the pros and cons of both with an unbiased approach. I highly recommend him for rental management or disposing or acquiring assets.

Colorado Dream Properties has gave me the peace of mind ever since I called them the first time to hand the key to manage the property.
Jeff is the definition of a world class service for so many reason, always on time, very responsive even when he is traveling on his personal time, in touch with the tenant always and drove 45 - 55 minutes to show him the other property to hand it to him and his team
Jeff is always checking on the property condition and make sure not damages
Tanya is always a great Team Member Im bringing value, who always there to answer questions
in regards accounting, setting up and reaching your vendors when I decided to use same vendors who maintain the propert.
when I saw the way they are then signed up for 4 years for full property management service.
Colorado Dream Properties is the real deal and I wont change them for any other properties

Colorado Dream Properties provided leasing and ongoing property management/monitoring services for my residential property over the period June 2022 to December 2023. In short, the quality of service and communication provided by the Colorado Dream Properties team was inadequate. My wife and I returned to a property that was in materially worse condition than when we left it in the hands of the Colorado Dream Properties team. We've been left to incur a significant amount of time and cost to repair damages caused by the tenants - obvious damages which were not cataloged or communicated to us by the Colorado Dream Properties team - as well as to remediate the landscaping mess left due to the negligence of Colorado Dream Properties. I will not be using Colorado Dream Properties for any future leasing or property management services nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
Now, the details:
When we moved back into our house, we immediately noticed damages beyond normal wear and tear: a bathroom vanity mirror removed from the wall and a sizeable hole left in its place; multiple (40+) carpentry nail/screw holes in the walls throughout the house left unpatched; smoke and CO detectors removed from the ceiling and not replaced; and a garage filled with literally hundreds of moving boxes, some of which were filled with empty beer cans, bottles, and other assorted trash. None of these damages or messes were noted or communicated to us by CDP. Upon final inspection, the CDP team said the property was in good condition and recommended that we release the tenants' security deposit in full.
Our tenants moved out at the beginning of September 2023; we were not scheduled to move back into our house until the end of December. CDP and the local management company with which they were coordinating were engaged to provide services through the end of December. With the tenants having vacated, we made an explicit request in October to the management company to work with CDP to coordinate lawn maintenance for the months when the house would be vacant. At the time, the request was acknowledged; however, when we returned home in December, the lawn and all the planters were completely blanketed in a full autumn season's worth of leaves. The clean-up in January took multiple days and hundreds of dollars and resulted in several plants and patches of grasses being killed.
We sent an email to Jeff and team at CDP in January to catalog these issues, express our disappointment and frustration, and to give the CDP team a chance to respond to our concerns. We never heard a word in response, so I'm left to air our grievances here publicly.
My only reason for not giving a 1-star review is the initial marketing and leasing services provided by CDP were adequate. Unfortunately, everything thereafter was not.
