No longer open. No Atm, no signage, lobby or anything. I tried last week to get money from the atm and the whole bank is gone. Please remove.

A couple of weeks ago, we were told at another branch that the Northglenn branch was closed because of some building issue. We figured it would only be for a couple of days. Today, I tried to call the branch with no answer. I checked with the branch in our local King Soopers where we usually bank and was told that the branch is closed (no knowledge when it would open) . We have passports in a safe deposit box there which we need for an upcoming trip. She said she would have a manager call me to set up a time we could get our passports. No one has yet called. This is terrible service to not let customers know especially ones with safe deposit boxes that they are closed. What if we had waited until a couple of days before our trip. Hopefully they respond and we are able to get our passports which we need before 6 weeks. We have banked with US Bank for over 30 years and have been very satisfied but this is VERY BAD SERVICE.

Be carefull with their prepaid credit cards. I was recommended to get one. And its just been a pain in my neck. Besides that. This bank is alright
