Beautiful facility but what stands out to me is the residents. The sense I got right away is that the residents love being there and love having a great environment for their senior years

My mother has lived at Sugar Valley for over 7 years. We are very happy and satisfied with the care and assistance she has received. The management and staff have always went the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable. We have enjoyed many meals with her and the food has always been very good.
I would highly recommend Sugar Valley!

RUN AWAY from this place! Terrible management and they are extremely rude to the residents. They recently remodeled, jacked up the rates, threw away all the lovely pictures on the wall and completely took out all the library books. The food is terrible and all resident's are required to show up for meals at the same time, what a horrible process. This place has turned into an assisted-living and is a far cry from independent living, Do not put any of your loved ones here. Thank goodness I was able to get my parents out.

A disappointment. The lady in charge has a turnover that I have never seen before. Its a revolving door with their help and cooking staff. Their institution food is so bad that people complain every day. She claims that institution food is served at every retirement place. Its a lie!! She penny pinches so much that that residents suffer. Dont put your parents here! I wouldnt put my dog here. Because of her. They need to fire the director.
