Quite literally the worst lending experience I have ever been through. Aaron lost documentation over the course of two months and took more than that time to get our loan into underwriting. He was not forthcoming about charges that should have been credited towards closing, and mansplained any situation possible to avoid taking accountability for his mistakes. It was shady business, annoying to try to discuss next steps with him, and ultimately just unprofessional. He often explained things in ways that revealed he knew very little about parts of the approval process. I would not trust this business, and particularly Aaron, as he made our experience frustrating and in the end I ended up getting a better loan through another company with less interest and in a far more timely manner (they took two weeks and Aaron took over 2 months). Aaron told us we would require a co-signer, which was simply not the case and we completed purchase without ever needing one. Save yourself and look elsewhere!!

Superlatives aren’t enough to describe my experience with Fairway Mortgage. From start to finish, Andrew and his staff were the ultimate professionals, helping me navigate the often-byzantine world of home finance. With their help, we successfully closed on a house in a little over three weeks. Kudos to them all.
