I don't know how this business can run without a working phone system. I have called their lab for days to check to see if they received the order from Children's Hospital, and immediately the system hangs up before a person even answers the phone. I have had to take time off work to go in and ask questions about my son's lab tests when this was totally unnecessary. I will never go back to this lab.

Doesn't allow you to pay for the lab up front then sells your debt to a debt collector without notifying you.
