We all face day to day chllenges and the last thing I need is my Insurance rates going up unexpectedly. I have been insured with Farmers Insurance Group and Yes like anything and everything else rates have gone up. My agent Kristin Riley has gone above and beyond to keep me informed,rather I need to be or not,about any SURPRISES ahead. Thank you Kristin and Farmers Insurance for making my Insurance Challenges and Choices easier day to day! I highly recommend Ms. Riley as your next Insurance Agent.

By far one of the best insurance agents I have ever had. Ms. Riley will go above and beyond to help you and she will also try to find the best deal with Farmers Insurance. Ms. Riley is an amazing and kind person who is very open and transparent with her clients. :)

Have zero clue how this agent has 5 stars! Was referred to this agent my my Farmers Agent. This place has zero staffing to have anyone answer the phone. Called on multiple occasions over a week at different times and no answer. Will be letting my agent know that referring people to this agent isn't the way to go since they are too cheap to staff someone to answer the phones during business hours (whatever those are since' it's not on the recording). Customer Service is also having someone answer the phone not a recording to call the 800# for claims and what not. No claim here just was trying to get a quote. So moved along!
"Owner" replies to my post. Her response is that she replies to messages or missed calls. Well if you can't have someone answer phone calls during business hours, why should I have to leave a message? As a "new" client I'm not going to call and leave a message during business hours when an agent/agency is too cheap to staff phones during business hours. Take note, agent has enough time to respond to Google Reviews within an hour of posting but can't have someone answer incoming calls. I've called 4 days last week and were all at multiple times. Before noon, after noon and again NO HUMAN answered the phone, all calls were answered by a recording to leave a message or call the 800# if you have a claim. Do you call other businesses and expect to leave a message for someone to call you back? This agent is the "face" of Farmers and I doubt I call the 800# she provides and get a recording to leave a message to have someone call me back and no human is available. Heck my own Farmers agent that I have answers the phone as they have staff to do so. Missed calls = missed opportunity!
