The day after the big fire at Superior, despite all the personal issues related to the fire, Brett still showed up at the home we are buying and did thorough inspections and explained his findings and responded to our questions. Very impressed! Definitely recommend to my friends.

Brett was really awesome. He informed me of a lot of things that I had no idea about with my new build. He was super knowledgeable and a really nice guy that I genuinely felt he had my best interest in mind. Really glad he found a few potential issues while my new home is still under warranty that I can get fixed! Highly recommend getting an inspection if you have a new build before warranty is over :)

Boulder Home Inspector's professionalism and attention to detail saved us a lot of money. Their inspector, Brett, identified a structural issue in our property that, if left unaddressed, would have eventually cost us a small fortune.
We noticed some cracks in the drywall and that some of the door strike-plates were misaligned, but we couldn't figure out the root cause. It turned out to be soil movement that was likely caused by moisture from a malfunctioning air conditioning condensation pump and negative soil grade next to the foundation. That's great detective work!
We made a quick visit to the landscaping store and fixed the negative grade ourselves. We also replaced the condensation pump. Brett connected us to an excellent contractor who made adjustments to the support jacks in the crawl space for a few hundred dollars. A year later, our floors are dead-level, and all the doors close properly.
While these might seem like trivially simple things, they have huge financial implications if left unaddressed. We knew something was wrong but weren't able to connect the dots. And even if we were able to figure out what was happening in our property, we don't have a Rolodex of trustworthy contractors. We're delighted with the outcome. Thank you, Boulder Home Inspector.
