Agree with the others, they don't want you to pay off loans or facilitate getting things done quickly/easily. Tried to transfer money from our already linked payment account to pay off the loan, and said there is a $5,000 weekly limit to transfers. Only way to pay off in full is to BRING then a paper check. We don't live close to them. It is 2024, not 1994.

This bank has not responded to me to help with the payoff process since I sold my car. This was supposed to have been done 4 weeks ago. We requested the payoff Amt and received it, sent the check for the full amount within the day, and they have not rectified my account balance. They also double charged me three times and then only refunded me for one. They have two payments that have not been applied to the balance that they refuse to refund or apply. They refuse to email me anything and insist I use phone support. Then they hang up on me or drop the call lol, or say they will escalate and get back to me and never do. They will respond to this with some placating banter about providing them my phone number they have my number, and email, and everything they need. I will be leaving these across every branches page until you contact me and resolve this in an acceptable fashion.

Love this bank and this branch. Every time I've had problems with my card Sandra or Oskar have gone above and beyond to help solve the issue.

Seems like most of these reviews are around Bellco as a company but I really enjoy banking at this branch. Matthew is one of the best agents I've ever worked with and makes the experience fun and stress free.
