What a rip off. Told them exactly what I needed and they showed up with nothing at all. Spent a long time looking at everything but the one thing I told them to look at. Little did I know they were running up the clock. And they brought two people to do nothing. So I got a big bill to look at my system. I wish I had timed them because I'm fairly sure they over billed the time they were there. Oh and they bill for driving to your house as a heads up. Then I got a huge estimate to actually fix it and there were no details about what cost what. No parts listed, no labor, just a big number. Needless to say I didn't go this route. I bought all of the tools and the parts for less than a sixth of what they estimated and it only took one day.
