I have been banking here since guaranty now its independent financial. Went to this location and talked to a banker he didnt know what he was doing so he had to ask this other guy, not sure what his position was but he also didnt have a clue what he was doing or just not wanting to help me since it was my second time going there for the same purpose since the first time did not work out, hoping the second time would be different and was hoping it was a different banker. I was opening a business account and two guys in there didnt have a clue what they were doing. They wouldnt let me open an account because they said I should talk to my lawyer and get an accountant first and that will save me tons of money. I dont know how it would, lol. Got all the paper work that was needed. I tried to explain to them that I was just a sole proprietor and just using my social security but they insisted that it doesnt work, they never listened and definitely didnt know how to do their jobs. They also said I needed to show papers that I bought the business which is none of their business! All they needed to see was if the business was registered under my name, my social security and a valid ID. They were very firm about what they told me no matter how hard I tried to get them to understand. Almost seems like they were not interested in my business at all, not very nice guys either, for them its just another day and a paycheck to collect, not friendly, like they didnt want to be there. Been there twice and nothings changed, they really had zero interest in helping me. I knew it wasnt that hard to open a business account coz Ive done it before, they made it as hard as possible for me, not sure if they were doing it on purpose or those guys were just that clueless. I knew I wasnt going anywhere with those guys helping me so I went to loveland location and it was a completely different experience. Very friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable! So I finally opened my business account in less than 5 mins. Hope you educate all your staff better, especially those two guys. This was actually the very first time I experienced a not very friendly banker or bankers. Guess theres first time for everything.

I'm new to Longmont and wanted a local bank. I met with Adrian about my needs and you could tell he really knows his stuff. I was really grateful for his guidance and he suggested some ways I could work with my accountant to make things even better. I appreciated the insight. Thumbs up!

Rebecca or as we know her, Becca, always exceeds great customer service!!! She has, since the time we met her, gone out of her way to provide the absolute best customer service!! And this was after much frustration with a different branch!! She made a point of getting to know us and allowing us to entrust her with all of our banking!! The 4th and main branch are all the best at what they do!! From Becca to all that work there!!! We are always welcomed with a smile and GREAT customer service!! Thank you Becca and all!!
