We noticed the great rates from iPro Lending on Zillow. I contacted iPro Lending about refinancing and Brad Capelle reached out to help us. We were asked to send Brad a copy of our latest Mortgage Statement. After sending the Mortgage Statement, Brad was able to do the most thorough analysis we've ever seen. The documents were very easy to understand. Brad presented us multiple options and the term was figured in months instead of the standard rigid - 30 - 20 - 15 - 10 year terms. I’d give 10 stars to Josh and Brad if I could. I have now purchased my first home, refinanced it , and bought a bigger home with them in less than 3 years. My most recent home purchase was done from offer to closing in less than 3 weeks! This saved me two moves and a ton of stress. They didn’t just care about the deal they cared about my overall financial health throughout every process. Josh is a genius and has taught me more about finances than I even knew I needed to know. I feel so empowered. Brad is so responsive and kind! I recommend them to everyone I know. I won’t go anywhere else for my home financing needs.
