NO PROFESSIONALISM AND LAZY!!! The property I live on uses this poor excuse for a company and I couldn't be more blown away at their inability to do their job. They shut off the water WITHOUT NOTICE yesterday at noon to fix a plumbing issue, could NOT fix it, and actually went home for the night without any solution or notification. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE LEFT OVERNIGHT WITH NO WATER!!! And then they didn't even return until 10am the next day! I am a Service Technician and know that they had the choice to stay and do their job, but instead chose to go home leaving all of the tenants to fend for themselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I called Master Rooter after hearing strange noises and smells coming from my bathtub drain after a strange incident when water bubbled up out of all of my toilets. I called Master Rooter after finding them on Tom Martino's list. A very friendly, very knowledgeable technician named Frank showed up and patiently helped me diagnose the issue I was having with my sewer line and traps. Frank thought the issue was likely caused by the City of Denver when they jetted the main sewer line as part of their annual repair/servicing and in the process, blew out all of my traps. Frank didn't try to upsell me, in fact, he didn't try to sell me anything at all. He helped me get water back in the traps and explained how it all worked. His service was totally free since they do free estimates. I did not need to hire them this time, but I appreciated Frank's honesty, and believe I have found my Denver plumbing company. I will be calling and requesting Frank for any future plumbing needs! Thank you!
