Hello Kris, First, we want to empathize with the stress you are likely feeling as a parent of a child with special needs.Please look for the email sent by your case manager on Sept 19, (2:37 p.m.), as there are Family Support Services Program (FSSP) and other forms attached that need to be completed and returned to your case manager. These forms will help guide/answer the points you were asking about; and what services and waivers your child will qualify for.We have shared your Google comments with your Case Manager. She will be reaching out to you to review with you the information sent on Sept 19, and offer to explain and assist as you take the next steps to complete the required forms.Again, we want to say that we are sorry that you’re frustrated with the situation and process. We certainly want to do what we can to help. Please expect a call from your Case Manager to see what we can do to make progress towards meeting your child’s needs, which is what we all desire!
