Im so disappointed in the initial communication. Every single time I call I am sent to a call center off site that are not familiar with the available unit details. I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with a leasing agent that is on site. Even calling their direct number while also having the other call center send my request. You would have had an apartment leased already thats been on your site for weeks if I could have actually gotten in touch with individuals on site who can better lead me towards which unit may better fit my needs/preferences. Moving states some of us dont have the luxury to view in person and could use more help. Even after multiple request I still continue to be reached out to by individuals who are not leasing agents on the property who have to keep contacting the property leasing agents to get questions answered. Why cant on site leasing agents be contacted directly? This has been so frustrating.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team! I recently moved from one unit to a different unit, and needed quite a bit of help from them in that process. They took all of my concerns seriously, addressed them quickly, and made sure I was comfortable in my new place. Thanks Cesar and Misa!!
