Just another number and another policy for them to get paid with. Go somewhere else with your shopping for insurance, somewhere that actually cares about their customers. I guess being a customer for 12 years means nothing.

I've worked with this particular agent and his assistant for over 2 decades. Had everything from car insurance to renters, homeowners and a high interest savings account with them. Through the years Amber has gone from sweet and helpful to downright rude. I very rarely ever even dealt with Steve Bazz. After a no fault accident in 2017 we had enough! After that many years I found out that we didn't have med pay, when I asked why we were told that it was offered to me when I first signed up but was never offered again. That would have been money that would have been very helpful with this accident since I needed surgery. We also found out we had NO water damage insurance on our homeowners policy not to mention the fact we were paying WAY too much for homeowners and car insurance. Today when I called to cancel our coverage the girl (Amber) who used to be so helpful and sweet was rude and uninterested in keeping our business. I called to say we were cancelling our coverage, she said, when and then said okay. No, "oh no, we're sorry to lose you, you've been with us for so long". I wasn't asked why were changing or if they could do something to keep our business, she just wanted to know when they would be rid of us. Completely unprofessional and rude. I'm disgusted! Our rates have climbed over the years and they've never tried to get us to our best possible price. I wish we could have changed years ago. I've been in customer service a very long time and this is no way to keep business!
